My practice is rooted in close observation of animals—their character, behaviour and collective rhythms. Through animal narratives, I examine instinct, adaptability and connection as modes of being, considering what they might reveal about coexistence, belonging and our place within the more-than-human world. Balancing representation with interpretation, my work becomes a form of self-inquiry, exploring how attentive observation of animal ways of being can challenge and reframe my own assumptions about relationship, belonging and human–non-human coexistence.
